I had the same issue and I got it fixed, here's what you need to do, First delete Minecraft (and any add ons) from your xbox 1 then re-downlaod the game on its own, then launch the game and load your world and skip downloading any texture pack's (load it with the default pack) and your world should load, although you'll still be glitched out, put the game on hard and let yourself die and you will respawn just fine but without your inventory.
