Jason - I’m so sorry your son is having this issue, but I’m so happy I’m not the only one. Mojang said this was resolved but it is NOT. I have tried everything except deleting my son’s Microsoft email address and account (tied to his xbox live account) - and that is what I’m trying now - just trying to redo everything because I can’t figure out a fix and apparently the app developers aren’t listening or haven’t figured it out either. Very frustrating!
