My son plays this game. Today he is having this problem. I don’t know when the last time he played it but he generally plays fairly regularly. Maybe he had the problem before and just went onto another game without informing me. Once he told me today, I did a search and found this forum. The key combination worked but I had to hold the keys for a very long time. He is playing now so will see how long the fix holds. FYI: disc version. Play Station 4.
