Thanks for the update to let us know it's being worked on. I'm not sure advising people not to file a ticket is right though.
What if you don't get it fixed for a prolonged period and then people miss out on the offer because of this? If they hadn't filed a ticket, how would they prove that they tried to get a code before the 20th?
Everyone should be filing a ticket, or at least commenting on an existing ticket that they are having an issue.

Yep....one wonders how a code that's generated by a computer can run out?
You cannot end this offer on the 20th April if you have no codes available to redeem constantly!!
No available gift codes again..... How can it be possible to run out of these, and why does it take so long to get resolved?
