Yes, this problem still occurs, but not as often as before.
Tested on Minecraft Preview 1.21.130.20 on Samsung Galaxy M12 (Android 13).
The issue still occurs, but the freezes and input lags are noticeably smaller compared to version 1.21.111.
Camera movement is smoother overall, but short stutters still happen occasionally, especially when generating new chunks.
