We have the same issue on the Fire. Toy Story Mash Up will not load properly. We tried it many, many times, including creating the world multiple times. It appears to be loading, it plays the music and you can see Andy’s room, but the arrows and buttons only show up on the screen briefly and then disappear. It doesn’t show any inventory or hearts or your hand or anything. It only shows the picture of Andy’s room with the blocks appearing and disappearing. Sometimes you are able to change the view a little, but that’s it. Please let us know what we can do so it works.
