Just tried this method yesterday and it worked...with a little problems.
Change "gfx_vsync" to 0 still have the delay (I didn't notice the difference, maybe it did improve a little bit) and FPS capped at 60
Change "gfx_max_framerate" to my laptop's refresh rate (60hz). This solved the issues even with "gfx_vsync" set to 1. The problem is the FPS capped at 32-33 FPS. Seems always half of the number that you set. Set it to 120 and you get 60 FPS max, and you get input lag again.
Seems the problem related to the new engine and dual graphics laptop since I just bought the game yesterday
This is my laptop specs: i7 7th gen, Nvidia GTX 1050 and Intel HD 630. All driver updated with latest windows version (20H2)
