Same for me, minecraft snapshot 14w29b, in addition, at 14w29, open/close doors animation, place and remove blocks textures and chunks loading textures are very slow to update (like X-Ray).

Same for me 14w25b and after (here 14w26c).
Minecraft Player isn't slow, I can to run fast, use inventory fast, etc. BUT, mobs, redstone clocks, hoppers, thrownpotions, mobs movements, mobs hurt reactions, arrows, ... are very slow in a certain areas, this problem is independant against FPS (Frame per seconds).

Before 14w25, Minecraft runs perfectly.
