I'm playing in 1.13.2 on a server and i have built 2 drowned farms. Both of them are extremely slow. I am in a deep ocean biome. I have waited an hour and they each give me about 1. It is outrageously slow and i feel like it shouldn't be like this. I think this is a real issue.
