Because this feature is only in the Java Edition of Minecraft. In Bedrock Edition Pistons are not working like blocks. I mean you can power a block but you cannot power a piston in Bedrock Edition.

Fire is still fire. When cold blocks like you said get heated by any heat source block they have to get melted.

It's normal to corrupt in Beta. Because as you know Beta versions are unstable.

This issue has been in the game for a long time when new eggs got add to minecraft and I don't know anything hrlpful about this. Sorry =/

Make sure that you and your friends are using the same version of Minecraft. If you guys are using the same versions it's probably because if the beta edition.

To not to see this make sure you have you wi-fi/mobile data on. If it still continues, there is a problem about the store. If it's not, contact Minecraft Customer Service
