I know how to export on mcpe, first fine the file add on your phone. Then you choose "Browse > On My iphone > Minecraft > Games > com.mojang > mincraftWorlds" after that you need to fine the world file, you can look through the file data until you find it. when you have it choose "Select > (The world) > Move > iCloud Drive > Downloads" now you can use email (I used gmail) to send the file to others. If you can download the world from realms on a different device I can try to guide you throw sending it to others for further inspection.
Did you make any large builds with redstone? You could have a pending tick overflow. I don't know much about pending ticks but there are discord groups that help restore worlds with pending tick overflow. Teckrock is one of them, I can say what else you will find there as I've only joined recently. Hope this helps.
If you figure out discord let me know, until then I will think of something else.
