It happened again, only this time it happened with my chestplate. I don't know if enchantments have something to do with it or not but I don't think so.

I dont think i can record it, Tho it seems that later it does work, but im sure that i did it right the first time. And i dont really have a method, I just repaired my sword to full so that might have something to do with it.
