Sadly that doesn't do it for me, Ethan. I get "I couldn't find folder for texture packs", which is either because I deinstalled MCPE or manually deleted related folders at an early stage in trying to fix this.
It's not fixed my son's, on his android tablet.
Ever since the 0.15 update, MCPE won't open on my son's Galaxy Tab 10 GT-P7510 (Android 4.0.4). It goes to a blackscreen for 10 secs or so and then back to the homescreen. We deleted all files, uninstalled, reinstalled, and also uninstalled any related apps that might interfere - everything we could think of. Nothing works. He can't play with his friends any more, this has been going on for weeks and is really affecting his life.
We gave up waiting and bought a new tablet. Which is what I presume they are counting on.
