I also have problems with lags but not as FPS drops but actual in game mechanics delay on Xbox One. The worst offender is the delay of the ghast attack animation/sound and the actual fireball spawning in the game and flying towards me. It made the nether so unplayable and frustrating for me that I play less in my survival world as soon as I have to go there again.
