Please do NOT do what Huang suggested. I kept seeing this response to solve this issue so I took the bait and did it and IT DID NOT WORK! just deleted all that data for nothing. All the worlds made, gone.. for absolutely NOTHING.
Also, called Nintendo Customer service line they said the problem was on microsofts end, called Microsoft and dude seemed clueless as heck and then told me the problem is on Nintendo’s end. Both are pointing fingers at each other, problem still not solved and it’s been 3 days for me now.
So frustrating paying for online subscription and can’t even use it
