We are having the same issue. We bought a $20 eshop card for my sons Nintendo switch. He spent all the money on minecoins. He purchased 2 worlds, a toy story one and advanced furniture and had about 400 coins left over that he saved. He was able to access them without any issues for about 2-3 weeks. Now they say they are locked and his coins are gone. I’ve tried everything to fix it but nothing worked. This is extremely frustrating and seems to happen often. My son is an avid Minecraft player but we will no longer be spending any money on the game until these issues are resolved.
