For Mac users,
I found a solution please help other people with this.
First you go here http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/minecraft-logs/ to get your minecraft logs
It will show you the item that is missing in the folder. For example mine might be 62.
You go back to the minecraft launcher, and click show more details
Copy and paste the url in a browser , it will download a file.
Go to minecraft objects and put the file in 62, yours might not be
keep on doing this until you can log in

Btw you guys some people on Minecraft IRC have the same problem so help them 🙂

the Minecraft IRC? How do I chat there?

I hope i'm not annoying so what is the solution?

On 5546, it says their problem is ByteFence, and I don't think ByteFence is on Mac. I don't know what's the issue :/
