Just upgraded to both the 1.13.1 and then 1.13.2 on two ipads with success.

Prior to today, I had tried to rollback to a backup I had in Imazing, I had tried to install an old .ipa file for 1.12. All this thinking it was something I had done. Nothing worked. I ended up moving just my daughter's worlds (using iExplorer) to her brother's newer ipad so that at least she could play a little. His newer ipad had no problems with the 10.30 upgrade or yesterdays drop(ipad air 2 running 12.4.2). I won't be taking any upgrades any time soon. Good Luck everyone.
