I am having this issue as well but here are my thoughts. while its "one account" I believe that Minecraft Dungeons considers the Xbox profile to be a separate account and the "main" one . I use one email, [email protected] (not my email, just an example). If I go to Microsoft.com and log in and look at purchases, I can see where I have bought the game. If i go to Xbox.com and sign in, well thats my "Xbox profile" (but still same account and log in) and the game does not show up. Following the instructions above, I have signed into the minecraftdungeons.net and, low and behold, its the xbox profile...which doesn't associate store purchases. So we need to find a way to fix where it pulls from each "account" for windows users.
I was hoping to kill some zombies with my son tonight but I guess I'll have to wait.
