Mine have stopped unlocking too. In realms, survival mode - the only world I have used since the update. They were unlocking fine then stopped a couple of days ago. E.g. Made a cake, nothing. Made an iron golem, nothing. Using iPad 2, logged in with my Xbox account.
I've had chunk reset too... Very annoying. Wonder if it part of the same issue?
