My family's Nintendo Switch has the same problem. We bought the game cartridge and it has never shown pictures for achievements, achievement prizes, character creator options, featured items on the profile page, featured & recommended skin packs on the profile page, anything in the player's packs/inventory, nor anything in the marketplace. We are able to customize characters and claim prizes though. We have Bedrock, v1.17.11.
