I am an xbox one user and am having a similar if not same issue. Just bought a realms membership and wanted to switch out the automatic world it comes with. When i try to replace it with a different world i eventually end up with an error message mid process. I contacted support and was told that sometimes even when the upload was successfully i may receive an error message and to try to go into the realm and it should be the world i had been trying to upload. I did this and it still was the automatic world my subscription came with. I'd hate to have bought realms for it to not quite work right, i see this is an ongoing problem, and wonder if those having issues will be offered a refund? But i also would like to thank you guys, because i know your working hard on it and trying your best. Appreciate your help!
update- i tried uninstalling and reinstalling my Minecraft , but still having the same problems.
