Currently experiencing those issue, and I think it has something to do with Minecraft’s Directional Audio or Spatial Audio. Instead of the volume reducing slightly as usual when changing direction, it drops off drastically. The only thing that Fixed it is enabling “Spatial Sound” or disabling “Enable Audio Enhancements” even though it results in poor audio quality on PC if you don’t use headphones
