Summary:
The position of your head in relation to the audio sources completely changes the volume emitted, according to your position
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Elytra: Flying upwards, the sound is low, but looking downwards, it is loud and cut off
2. Food: Looking upwards, the sound is low, but looking downwards, the sound is loud
3. Jukebox: With your back to the jukebox, the sound is low, but facing it, the sound becomes very loud
Observed Results:
I noticed that head rotation can greatly affect the way you hear the sounds in the game. I noticed that there is a similarity in all the videos. When you turn towards the sound source, it increases drastically, but when you look in the final direction, the sound becomes extremely quiet, even though your distance from the sound source is almost zero.
Expected Results:
These audios should change due to the position of your avatar's head, but not as drastically as in the game

The post you said doesn't show the way my Minecraft works. It appears that the sound technology when turning the head is not working correctly, as just by turning the head on the other hand, the sounds behind you diminish a lot. I observed this on my cell phone and computer, both using headphones
I forgot this exist (tho my issue is slightly different but whatever), here every information from MCPE-189185
After 1.20.10, the stereo audio in the windows version of the game isn't working correctly.
For example when hearing a jukebox (not limited to jukebox, can also be reproduce with entity ambient sound), if you face away from the source for about 30 degree to the left for example, your left audio channel volume will drops to 0, and will stay at this volume until near 150 degree (or almost 180 turn) from the source.
For comparison, on Java Edition (and Bedrock Edition 1.20.1 or lower) your left or right audio channel volume will drop a little bit at 30 degree from the source, and drop to half at 90 degree from the source, and then become a bit quieter at 180 degree (or 180 turn).
Thank you for your report!

I cannot reproduce the issue. Is this still occurring in the latest version? If so, could you please add it to the affected versions and attach a video demonstrating the issue using the latest version?

Video from MCPE-221351:
[media]This is my video from my own bug report. I’ve only noticed this issue with Jukeboxes but maybe it's just the most obvious. I've seen this bug across multiple updates on both Xbox and Playstation for the last few months. I hope this bug gets fixed because it makes listening to Jukeboxes much worse when you have to just stand there and not move. I hope the video and info helps
To me, this seems like it could be an issue with surround sound. What headphones/audio output device are you using? Please make sure your audio drivers are up-to-date. Also, try disabling audio enhancements or any other audio-enhancing software you may have installed that could be causing it, and see whether that fixes it.
