Once again. For the second time. After I made more purchases. I have been locked out of them. The original purchases... HAVE NOT BEEN RESTORED. This is absolutely ridiculous. At this point for all this insanity. I want the problem fixed and I think myself and many others deserve if not full refunds then at least some sort of compensation. Because this is ridiculous. All I keep getting is the run around from Mojang support and others involved. I’m sorry if you have many with this problem. But a company that serves a product to this many people should have the resources to handle a crisis. Because this is just ridiculous. It’s awful customer service. I just can’t even fathom why this is still an issue. I’d love to actually hear back from someone for once. Because I’m at my wits end. I’ve lost well over 150 dollars in purchases now. And that is not okay.

Yes. The problem is still there. This is getting slightly more frustrating.

I’ve also experienced this same issue and unfortunately haven’t seen a fix in over a week.
