i understand more about this issue
i'm with hosthorde, i have 3 servers with them
i'm 100% sure that i can not whitelist players on 2 out of 3 of those servers, no matter how much i rebuild them, and how much similar they are built, only one of there servers i have with them lets me whitelist players Who haven't joined yet
the other 2 servers require the players to have already joined the server before they can be added to the whitelist
how many people viewing this are having this issue with a host, or multicraft, and/or with hosthorde?? (i bet lots of people who had this issue are with hosthorde, because i've been experiencing this issue with them for a couple years now) and yea, now that i know the issue.. i will not be getting any more months of servers with this host unless they fix it*

as you can see in the screenshots, it's worse then that. after reloading the game again, 3 controls are now broken.
