I have this problem, too. My children's accounts wont sign in on the Nintendo Switch. My adult account signs on, but not the kids. Instead, I get a "Account Error" with the Error List: "Error Number -9"
I have tried changing their Microsoft account passwords. I've restarted. I tried to do the remote connect function again. Nothing helps!
