Happening to me also. When I started my SSP game up, all of my item frames on chests had popped off and upon replacing them they were smoking.
Almost all farms on the server I play on (1.4.6) have had the animals suffocate after the newest patch. If the position isn't getting updated properly like in previous bugs it's now 'properly' recognizing that they are inside the floor.
I have also noticed this the past couple of days, ~8, and am seeing error code a-200 a lot. I have also tried all the various resolutions I have seen online to no avail. Please help!
