@Galaxy_2Alex: In my case, it's a Intel 7 Series that stopped working with minecraft, not a 4 Series. I have opened a ticket on my issue (which was closed as a duplicate of this one, which it isn't), if you want to have a closer look at it.

Updating Drivers doesn't resolve the issue, neither is my machine too old (2013 Laptop with Intel 7 Series HD 4000 Graphics Chip). Version 1.8.1 has worked on this machine before.

Please look into this again.

Same issue persists even on more modern Intel chips, suggested solution (updating drivers) doesn't work.
In my case, minecraft 1.8.1 worked on this machine before, after updating graphics drivers didn't work anymore. I don't think the intel drivers are the real issue here, since they weren't touched when the crashes began.

Please look into this again.
