i did the workaround, and now all of my worlds and progress is gone

what can i do to get back my worlds

the same issue happened to me, I also have an AMD GPU i got a message to update it and that is exactly what i did. after that happened, i got the same issue 

the music still plays and everything no menu. i got a message to update GPU because of ray tracing, and that's just what i did. now it doesn't work 

I confirmed that this is an issue with Mojang servers and not my computer or account with Microsoft support, I have the same issue
