I have the exact same issue. The way Joe DeShazo describes it is exactly how it occurs. I am unable to download it, and when I tried to upload a backup of the realm world it sat for sometime and finally said "An Error Occurred" with no additional information.
ALL, Please stop adding comments if you have no new information. It says this at the top of this issue. adding comments creates white noise for those who are trying to resolve it. They have to weed through 100 useless comments like "Hey, I have this issue too" to get to real information. If you click on "Watch this issue" at the top you will receive email updates when things change, that is all you need to do.
