Hi,
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn’t work it just said something went wrong then I came back the next day and now only 1 version of minecraft is on my Xbox and it doesn’t look like it needs an update because there was no message saying it needs an update.
the version for this minecraft is 1.19.3101.0.
there were a few errors like error code 0x87e50033 and a “Something went wrong” error. It said I needed to update it and it will be 0KB which is weird.
I just tried playing the game now and it still goes into an infinite black screen after the mojang logo which on on for about 20 seconds then just goes to black screen.
it won’t let me update the game, there is no message to update it. And like i said there is now only 1 copy of minecraft on my xbox.
And now I cannot play minecraft at all! And in fear of losing my worlds too!
please respond if I need to add any more details.

Hi,
actually I think this problem is now resolved, I just tried 1 more time and it worked this time, the black screen was still there but now it only shows for 10 seconds then I can load into minecraft again! I think the issue just solved itself! It works now! (I think, pretty sure it does) my worlds are still there and it looks like everything is back to normal! And it looks like the update was successful in the end!
If I have any more questions or problems I will create a new ticket or I will let you know on here about this issue!
