Temp workaround:
Disable network. Turn off network via Toggle off Wireless or airplane mode disable LAN or last resort unplug Ethernet.
Launch Minecraft Bedrock for Windows.
Re-enable network connections.
Regardless, yes, same bug. Present since 1.21.120 release for all child accounts. Same fix. Does not happen to adult accounts.
