Same. Try archiving it and redownloading, all your save data will stay. That seems to stop the "in game" freezing.

If your worried about any of the freezes, maybe try completely shutting the system down and leave it off over night, because if it's just in sleep mode, it's still going to be running. If it is shut down, it might help since it's not running and for a long period of time 

I dont think it would do anything permanent,  but that is a good idea still

I signed in to my Microsoft account to see any improvements, and I've noticed that it signs in and loads my skins extremely fast every time I open the game all of a sudden. Just wanted to say that. Also, if you restart your switch a couple of times in a row after opening the game, it seems that the entire switch tends to stop freezing when you close the game. It show the error message still, but at least that's better than the entire system freezing.

Its getting better, but it still freezes the switch after you close the game.
