Hi Jay,

I am on 1.12.0 and I have this issue if I redownload my old save data from the Nintendo cloud.

I have found that deleting my account and linking it to a new profile works and the game runs as intended. I can close the software and it still works and allows me to sign in. However, issues arise if I re-download my save data from the Nintendo cloud, I get all my old worlds back but can not login to my Microsoft account. I’m not sure if this helps the devs in their troubleshooting of this bug.

I deleted my user profile and re-downloaded it, this worked and I could login to my Microsoft account but once I closed the software and turned it back on I had the same issue as before so will need to do this work around every time I close the software

I have never logged into a Microsoft account, correct 🙂

I am still having this issue. I have updated to 1.12 and it still won’t work.

Hi, also having this issue on Nintendo Switch. Purchased the game for Switch and Windows 10 yesterday so I could crossplay with my girlfriend and we couldn’t. Little frustrating as crossplay was the reason I bought it...

Tried the ‘workarounds’ and none worked. Nothing seems to work.
