Hi same experience for us , tried the update to 1.2.15 and nothing happened, skin packs still locked ,coins still missing, and we could not purchase the “free” legacy pack

Same issue for our family, two of my sons (using Apple , iPod and iPad ) lost purchased skin packs, as well as all their remaining coins after the update. I contacted Mojang and they referred me here, clearly we aren’t the only ones affected .
