I still having the issue on this beta. By the way, when I unplug my laptop from the power it limits my games to 30fps, which actually fix this issue.

Hello, I noticed something strange, I don't know if it can be useful, but I realized that when I disconnect my laptop and it goes into battery mode, the problem goes away, and I continue with my 60fps, but as soon as I reconnect the laptop, the problem returns.
