try creating your new library within oculus here :     C:\Program Files\Oculus\Software

assign as default library...

uninstall minecraft oculus...

delete previous libraries...

reinstall minecraft into newly made library...

check reg editor for the files in my image above

try restarting also

try 

C:\Program Files\Oculus\Software\Software\mojang-ab-minecraft-oculus-rift

software\software....

also i made a new library within this location and deleted previous libraries from the oculus store... try that also

Hi everyone, me and carl wooster are friends IRL.. weve been working on this for a few days and have managed to crack it finally.. (carl more-so than me)

just to confirm i did everything carl mentioned in his previous comment to no prevail....

weve later realised that you need to have everything installed within the normal library folders for:

minecraft on oculus being...:

location: "C:\Program Files\Oculus\Software"

minecraft on windows 10. then once you enter/add this in windows registry editor (mine was missing) as a new "expandable string value" named: "ActiveRuntime" - location: "C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\oculus_openxr_64.json" ..... minecraft should fingers crossed hopefully work for you guys! please comment or refer to image below for reference or guidance 🙂🙂🙂🙂
