Last time I checked, mobs don't spawn in spectator mode because they require a player to be in range, and spectator mode does everything it can to make the player seem like they're not there, so mobs don't spawn. Have you ever tried testing a mob farm in spectator mode? Doesn't work. At least not for me, anyway. And I believe the elders are there because they spawn in the temple and don't despawn.
I think this is intended. Since you're in spectator mode, you're not allowing any mobs to spawn in your region (like they would in survival/creative/adventure). Elder guardians, however, are boss mobs, and therefore stay around anyway.
Seems to always be on the North side for me. At least, in this particular location.
As you can see, the sponge is directly in the middle of the water blocks. You can try this for yourself.
This seems like a bug to me.
This is still broken as far as I can tell. If you rebuild the following circuit: http://imgur.com/Qy2ajf3 , you can see that the torches output different pulse lengths. And from what I can tell, this is dependant on the chunk as well as the orientation.
Thanks for adding my description of the bug too
Now they have been implemented, but still do not stack naturally in snowfall, is this intended?
Also worth noting: a single snow sheet atop soul sand will allow you to walk on the soul sand as if it was a full block.
Thanks
I think it makes more sense for the hopper to be able to collect items when powered, but not deposit them.
How to reproduce: Open inventory, select an item. Click a blank inventory slot and drag the item to the player inventory tab. click the player inventory tab. Click an empty inventory slot.
Will do, thanks!
Oops, I'm sorry! :/ At least I gave instructions on how to reproduce..?

Please re-open this issue. The bug is still prevalent in 14w27b. No matter where you throw a splash potion, the particles only appear on the North-West corner of the block they landed on.
