Hello, my son bought “Ultimate survival World” and this same issue described above is happening. It gets to the end of Step one download, gets to the full MB but doesn’t go further on to step 2. We tried another game and it went through completely fine there seems to be a problem with this Marketplace game. We tried all the same stuff people have stated but nothing worked. I see this says resolved but it is not resolved. Hoping to get some help here.
