I am noticing the same thing. There are many tiny areas of water around me that are full of drowned. They should limit it to only large bodies of water or only areas where fish spawn.

I am having the same issue on my Xbox one Bedrock. I had 4 in my stables and rode all of them to the stables, but now I can not interact with them at all! Very frustrating because I want to re-design my stables but can move them.
