Experiencing an issue in the over world with named mobs counting towards the mob cap. I had a general mob farm under my base that the rates tanked on as soon as I started keeping named hostile mobs nearby. When I first built the farm it had a near constant stream of mobs flowing in. After I built an exhibit of named hostile mobs about 20-30 blocks away, assuming the name tagged mobs wouldn’t affect the rates, that dropped to only a couple of mobs per minute tops regardless of weather, time of day, or how well lit up the surrounding area was.

I first noticed a drop after adding a couple of named creepers. My gunpowder rates from the farm dropped by over half. Later adding a few zombies, a witch, and a spider rendered the farm effectively useless. All mobs in the exhibit are individually name tagged. None were pulled from the farm, but were gathered from other areas. All were named before being brought to within proximity to the farm.

Still happening in 1.19. Windows 10.

Started happening to me after 1.19. It doesn’t matter how I exit the game, I have to reselect my packs every time I start the game. Windows 10 Bedrock on a PC.

Experiencing similar despawn issues on a Win10 single player survival world after updating to 1.17.30. Numerous farm animals disappeared as well as a master librarian. It might be related to chunk boundaries as the pens which appear to be fully inside of a single chunk are not missing any animals, but the pens that span chunks are missing animals. The villager shared a house with another master librarian which also spans several chunks.
