I'm having a similar issue, i cannot chat at all on all realms and servers without a specific config setting set to false (enforce-secure-profile=true in these cases)
I'm still getting the "Chat disabled due to missing profile public key. Please try reconnecting." what's different when compared to this issue is that i can still join

I'm having the same problem whether it's modded or not, vanilla or non vanilla launcher. I cannot chat in any realm, or any server with "enforce_secure_profile" set to false. I've seen a comment on a post on Reddit where someone who has the same situation as me (Purchased Bedrock, got Java for free when 1.19 came out) and has the same problem, i wonder if it has to do with that?
