This happened on a realm but no other players were active. And Update 1.21 experiments were enabled. Again, comments on my Reddit post have said this has happened to them too, likely under different conditions ie. Single player, no experiments etc.
I know there are individual reports for each bug but this is just a collected list or all bugs related to Trial Chamber generation. Also aware of other issues like trial rooms generating with no trial Spawners.
