I found that this issue was caused by some corrupt file. I backed up my world's to online storage on playstation 4. Then deleted and reinstalled Minecraft. This allowed me to upload the realm, however shortly after doing this. It began having the issues where "fetching realm info" would load for awhile and then ultimately fail rendering the entire realm unjoinable completely. This is on version 1.17.32. I believe my second issue was caused by attempting to upload 4 different realms(one of which was 150mb) within about a minute from each other. The first 3 succeeded. The last 150mb one failed and got me into this. These photos are before uninstalling Minecraft on 1.17.32. I believe what caused the currupted file was that I unplugged the PS4 not realizing Minecraft was on and the PS4 was in rest mode... likely at the home screen.
