I just became a Beta Tester, downloaded and installed 1.8.0.8 and it loaded without crashing. See previous coment for android version and hardware notes. I am not able to play tonight, but will follow up if crashes reoccur.

Crashes at White Startup Screen with "MINECRAFT" block lettering logo. Crashes with internet on and off.

Minecraft version 1.6.1.0

Device: Galaxy Tab S, Model SM-T800

Android Version 6.0.1

If you need any other information, please ask. This has been affecting my tablet for about 3 months now, not sure if it has been the same minecraft version, but definitely same android version. Unable to play minecraft with the kids, which is making them very upset. Please resolve!
