Well it sucked but the only way I was able to play on all consoles was to create all new accounts. I created a new PS account and invited to the family. I created a new microsoft account and invited to the realm. I guess if they fix my original account, I'll abandon this one but for now, will transfer all my stuff over to the new character and re-earn my achievements. Minecraft is really the only game I play (kids and hubs play other stuff) so acceptable for me considering the benefit of playing VR. Although I hope they fix my original account so I don't have to go through all my achievements again. I'd hate to have to fight the ender dragon and wither again! 

I did what the "Update on this issue:" in the description said to do and support only replied with basically a copy/paste of what the error message itself already says. ** I replied back that I have never associated the Microsoft account with my PSN account and again referenced this ticket. I just bought Minecraft for PS4 and have no other MS games to do so. I bought the PSVR and Minecraft for PS4 just to be able to play my character in my realm in VR.
