In my case, Minecraft is installed on internal. I've played around 30h without crashes, but I start Minecraft after powering on PS5 (as first booted game, I suppose that when I played other game, and than started Minecraft without turing off console, crashes were occuring). I don't know if it's lucky streak or this method is working.
