I have the same issue. These people on this bug board nor Microsoft employees could help. For a game that has been in the gaming industry for so long, you would expect their system to be better than this when it comes to tracking who owns what.

This was not resolved. The ticked linked to me had no relevance to my issue. This bug board is as useless as the Microsoft representatives who could not help me. Trash Minecraft launcher.... bring back the individual executable game program. @unknown flagged this as resolved and it is definitely NOT RESOLVED.
