I opted to go from 2G of RAM to 4G of Ram already
Yea I already tried to do an update to have it take more ram and it still didnt work
I've already tried all of that plus some, I've waiting so long to get no resolution. I just sat in the IRC for about 20 min and got no response. where am I suppose to go for help? I've even fresh installed java and minecraft...
By the way, It will not let me open the full crash report from the launcher either. Or I would have that here.
Update: Was able to find the crash report, so I added it to the documents.

Coming up on two weeks and still no reply. Lucky for me realms is in Demo mode. I feel like I have been conned out of my money. I bought two copies of the game and a realm so I could play with my son.
The realm bugs and we can't play together, not the end of the world, just post a bug report and wait for a fix. Apparently though a customer does not even get the respect of a reply here. This is some of the worst service I have ever seen and is a completely unacceptable way to treat someone that purchased your products.
Is this being investigated? It has been one week and not even a message saying it is being looked into. Other tickets have had a reply, why not this one?
